Talked smack about some girl in high waisted jeans yesterday and was talking to Mr. Bex about how horrible they looked (the jeans)..they were so fucking ugly!! And today, while passing by a local thrift store, I happened to look in and guess what I found...an actual passable-looking high-waisted shorts similar to these-
Off of somebody's livejournal-in my size, and for only $8.00. Of course I couldn't get them now, since I talked so much shit about how horrible high-waisted (any kind of) pants looked! Mr. Bex is laughing at me now.
In other news, am hunting for a decent doctor's bag, like this one:

@ SW: I know right!!! Mr. Bex did say "i told you so" and laughed his ass off, so now I'm allowed to get them! But you know how it is with thrift stores...items disappear in the blink of an eye!!

Unfortunately with thrift stores if you don't snap them up right then and there, they might not be there the next time you go!
